Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions from builders and site teams.

Pre-handover plumbing inspections

What does a pre-handover plumbing inspection include?

Our inspections cover the sewer, stormwater and internal plumbing throughout the home, all as one complete inspection package. That includes CCTV inspection and static testing of sewer and stormwater lines, plus checks of fixtures, wastes, water pressure, the hot water system and gas where connected.

Who do you work with?

We work predominantly with volume and residential builders, carrying out inspections at the end of the build and before the keys are handed over to the homeowner.

What do we receive after the inspection?

Following each inspection, the builder receives a detailed inspection report, including photos of any issues identified, along with the relevant CCTV footage and supporting files, provided together in a Dropbox folder.

Can the report be included in the homeowner handover pack?

Yes. Some builders retain the reports internally for their own records and quality assurance, while others include them in the handover pack to give the homeowner additional reassurance that the plumbing has been independently inspected.

Can you inspect multiple homes on the same site?

Yes. We inspect individual homes as well as larger multi-dwelling projects and developments, inspecting each dwelling and providing individual reporting and footage for each property.

Do you coordinate with our site supervisors?

Yes. We can work directly with site supervisors to coordinate access, plans and inspections, keeping the process as straightforward as possible for the wider construction team.

Where do you operate?
